All Tropitan orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from the Gold Coast, Australia.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, postal delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Tropitan is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? Please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be approved, as orders may be prepared shortly after purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of swimwear, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

To be eligible for assistance with a faulty or incorrect item, the product must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and the hygiene liner and original tags must remain attached.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Every Tropitan order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where an item does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy.
